If you are in immediate danger call 9-1-1

Physical violence is not only a crime, it traumatizes the ones you love and creates new generations of abusers and victims.

If you are being hurt or scared or want help handling your anger, call one of our 24-hour support lines. We can help with counseling, referrals, and emergency shelter if you need it. We can also teach you better ways of communicating.
