Mr. Kravetz, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, has a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, as well as a Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University School of Law, and more than twenty-five years experience as an attorney. "Domestic violence is on the rise during these stressful times, when our organization has suffered from government cuts. We are determined to continue to offer shelter and counseling to the families in our five facilities in the county, and Mr. Kravetz's skills will help us get through this period," says past Board President Sally Hamilton.

Marsha Marcoe is the Associate Executive Director for Domestic Violence Solutions for Santa Barbara County. Marsha works with Richard Kravetz, Executive Director, and the Board of Trustees to expand the giving program for DVS. Her development experience includes more than 16 years at C.A.L.M. and UC Santa Barbara. Marsha has served on several non-profit boards and has experience in board development.

Marsha received her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University, Los Angeles and has a business and journalism background.

Natalie Gutierrez, Development Associate, is responsible for cultivating the Corporate Affiliates Program and Foundation grants. Her experience includes more than 17 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Natalie has worked as a program manager in small nonprofit groups, large Health Maintenance Organizations, and in Community Foundations. She has also served on various boards and advisory committees in the San Francisco Bay Area promoting culturally appropriate approaches to health and social services.

Natalie received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Sciences from San Francisco State University and studied Organizational Development at Sonoma State University's School of Psychology.

Nicollette Daniel founded her own consulting business, Iguana Non-Profit Solutions, in 1995, providing professional grant writing, funding research, program development and corporate and foundation campaign planning. Iguana has served over 35 non-profit organizations in the Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas and Cleveland areas, spanning the full spectrum of human social services.

Ms. Daniel co-taught required courses toward the Certificate in Fundraising/Public Relations through UCLA for over 5 years. Ms. Daniel is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and obtained her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential through the national body in 2004.

Diana Lambeth, MS LMFT, is the Clinical Director for Domestic Violence Solutions for Santa Barbara County. Diana received her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1990. She has experience in both private and residential settings, working with trauma victims and their families. Diana has focused on the impact of trauma and violence in the family system and the community at large for the past 20 years. As a therapist, group facilitator and parent educator Diana has worked to facilitate both awareness of the impact of violence and of the need for supportive nonviolent family life in order to create a paradigm shift toward successful, cohesive communities.

Kim Barnett, M.A. is the Director of Residential Programs for Domestic Violence Solutions for Santa Barbara County. With 11 years experience in the mental health field, Kim has experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, severe mental illness, and drug and alcohol dependence. She has several years experience working with victims of domestic violence both in a clinical and advocacy setting, as well as facilitating batterer's treatment programs in the community.

Kim received her Master's Degree in Psychology from Chapman University in 2002, specializing in marriage and family therapy.

Christy Haynes M.A. is the Teen Programs Director for Domestic Violence Solutions for Santa Barbara County. Christy has worked and advocated for teens in school and agency settings for the past 20 years, creating and implementing programs focusing on violence prevention, conflict resolution, anger management and personal development.

She has worked with teens in junior high and high schools, Juvenile Hall, Probation, Community Counseling and Education Center, as national facilitator for The Joseph Matteucci Foundation, and as executive director of re:solutions.

Christy received her Master's Degree in Psychology in 1999 at Antioch University, Santa Barbara, with a special focus in Community Psychology.

Catherine Steininger is the Volunteer Coordinator for Domestic Violence Solutions for Santa Barbara County. Catherine received her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara in 2006. With 7 years experience as a Marriage Family Therapist Intern at DVS, she has worked in outpatient and residential settings, counseling trauma victims and their families as well as facilitating Anger Management treatment programs. Catherine uses her experience recruiting and training new volunteers to implement programs focusing on violence prevention and advocacy in the community.

Roberta Weighill, Controller, has served DVS for over 9 years, supervising all financial aspects of the organization including budgeting, audits, financial planning, accounts management, payroll and other elements of human resources.

She has over 20 years of experience in organizational management, having owned a consulting firm specializing in creating the initial structure for new non-profit organizations, as well as setting up and managing the payroll systems, stockholder relations and risk management framework for two major multi-state companies.

Roberta also served as Treasurer of the American Indian Movement, and co-produced a weekly online internet show highlighting issues of relevance to the native community.
